We had a great experience buying a used Conn 88HO from The Tuba Exchange. I appreciated them taking the time to answer questions and send additional video of the horn... it made me more confident in this long distant purchase. It arrived very well packed and exactly as described...near mint condition. My son is so very happy with his new horn and I am please that we were able to support this great store.

Came in to look at trombones and the staff was so friendly! This is genuinely the best instrument shop I've been to. I will for sure be coming back when I'm in the area again.

My son's French Horn had a rotary valve that was sticking and his French Horn tutor thought it was a misalignment issue. I brought it in to The Tuba Exchange as a walk-in and within minutes they determined that the alignment was fine and that it was likely just an issue with how tight the backing plate was. And then they took care of some denting on the bell stem. It really took much less time than I was expecting and at a much lower cost. We will definitely be using them again for servicing the French Horn in the future.
