The massage was excellent. The surroundings were not. Lots of security cameras and security doors. I understand the need for security but it did not make for a luxurious experience. Also, my massage therapist was the only person working there and had to leave several times to answer the phone and get the door.
So good!!!The combo of Gua Sha and massage was phenomenal. It really helped with my shoulder pain, and my back felt so much softer—I realized I could bend a lot more afterward. I’m really glad I gave this place a try!

Three weeks ago, I visited Durham for work, and after a long flight, my neck and shoulders were feeling especially strained from all the stress. I decided to look for a good massage in the area and chose to try The Ruby Spa.
I can genuinely say that their expertise is remarkable; the massage was exactly what I needed ! After my session, the aches in my neck and shoulders were completely gone, and I even realized that I had a headache that I wasn't aware of until it faded away.
