I went to Maggie twice for senior pictures and she did a great job! She's very kind and accommodating and she makes sure you love your hair. The blowdry/flat iron style lasted for a long time and the relaxer looks amazing! Highly recommend.
I was recommended to go to Maggie by my sister and of course my sister did not steer me wrong. I have had natural hair for 5 years which I have taken care of on my own. I was looking for a stylish up do for me wedding. Maggie did an incredible job on my hair with a great wash, conditioning my hair which also included a steam treatment. She then gave me a silk press(which I had never had before) and then curled my hair. She worked with hair to decide on a style I would like for my wedding. My hair felt like silk! I was very impressed with her hair expertise. I am way beyond satisfied and I know my hair will look fabulous for my wedding.
The Lather Lounge is meticulous. That was my first impression walking through the door. Maggie, owner and stylist, is a true hair artist. My style lasted for days, the cut was precise, and my hair smelled wonderful for hours and glorious hours. I loved the result of the professional products. Maggie gave me personalized tips on how to best care for hair. Rare in my experiences. I've paid twice as much for the same service in other salons. Mostly, I was disappointed because the result was no better than my struggle attempts to do my own hair. This review is after my first visit and no expectations.
