I moved from Chicago and have had some aesthetician horror stories (e.g. left covered in oil without a wipe to be found, bleeding, etc). I thought I found a place that was decent but had some turnover and was dreading finding someone new when I moved. After doing some digging, I found Suzanne and Skinsation. She has extensive experience and isn't a pushy salesperson. She does the work you need professionally and at affordable prices. I've been going to Suzanne for years for her amazing waxing services. After dealing with maskne I decided to use her for her facial services too. Suzanne thoroughly asked questions about my current skincare to determine what facial was best for me. She answered all of my questions and acknowledged my concerns. My skin was noticeably smoother and definitely had a glow afterwards. I would recommend Skinsation for all of your waxing and facial needs.

Been going to see Suzanne for (can’t believe this) like 5 years. I tried a lot of places when I moved here from New York and since I found her I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve had waxes and facials with her and she is the best in both. She is kind and understanding. Her prices are fair and honestly just can’t say enough about the quality of the services. My waxes last forever!! I see people mentioning scheduling stuff and she has had a few scheduling issues over the years. She is a solo entrepreneur and life happens.
