salty waters float spa

I had my first float at salty waters this past Sunday. I have been suffering with knee/leg/foot pain pretty intensely lately as well as mental clutter and stress. I was gifted a certificate for a one hour float this past Christmas so I figured it was finally a good time to give it a go. And WOW… I feel like I connected to a part of myself I haven’t in a long time. Being in complete darkness, completely weightless, I truly felt at one with the universe, and myself and my thoughts for the first time in a long time. And it helped with my pain TREMENDOUSLY. Went for the first time and loved it! The owner’s daughter was there and walked me through everything and she was just great! I had no idea what to expect but really enjoyed and welcomed the experience in my life. This is so unlike anything - you are truly able to be with yourself and decompress in a way other services don’t allow. Keep an open mind and try it once - you will be so surprised. The only watch out is don’t rub your eyes with water from the pod, lol- it’s salty! :) . Enjoy - you will love it!?
