Everything was so smooth from check in to completing forms, exam, picking out glasses and checking out. Dr. Lou is the absolute BEST! I love that she takes the time to explain things and even shows pictures of my eyes! Kisha is so nice and friendly and made the eye tests before the exam easy and pleasant. The ladies in the glasses area are wonderful and super nice. They helped me pick out the perfect glasses. They all make an excellent team! (I remember Angie’s name since we share the same name but I didn’t catch the other lady’s name - not personal but she is just as awesome and even said goodbye to me when she saw me leaving after shopping. I always have a great experience here; the Dr. is so lovely and welcoming and the staff are all professional and helpful. My only complaint is that my appointment was cancelled bc I did not respond to a phone call or email to confirm my appointment, and had to be rescheduled. It is not always possible for me to return calls and emails during the work week, so this was frustrating to show up and find out my appointment had been cancelled. They were able to reschedule quickly, which I appreciated! Overall great experience.

My exam began almost immediately after I arrived. Dr. Lou has been my doctor for over 5 years and reviews my history with me along with the current exam to make sure I understand my vision health.
