Gym closed down four days after I got my gym membership which I’m not even mad about because I understand it’s for everybody’s safety. What I am mad about is that they had the time to call me to sell their classes two days ago but don’t have the time to call me to let me know they are closed. I had to go to the door to find out.

I was a member of the Durham NC branch. The staff doesn't know about the gym policy so make sure to read the contract very carefully when you sign specially in relation to cancellations policy, when i signed in i mentioned that i will be moving out of Durham in a month time and the staff told me that all i need to do to cancel my subscription was to pay a yearly fee and provide a proof of move which i did but was not allowed to cancel without paying a three month penalty which they said is mentioned in the contract i signed and which i was not told at all when i asked originally about their cancellation policy.
