Working with Reply has been a great experience so far! They have found things that the traditional fertility doctors overlooked. I really appreciate how they encourage my husband and I to come to appointments together and to both be very involved in the process. If you are considering working with Reply, please know that you must be willing to do the work. There is a lot of testing, charting, and fertility education appointments but it’s so worth it to heal your bodies and prepare for a healthy pregnancy. I am truly so grateful that this clinic exists and that the practitioners here are extremely thorough!

My wife experienced a horrible experience being a first-time patient, establishing care. Phyllis Fabello( Practice Managers), is very unprofessional and she talks to a patients like they are not a human being. Phyllis does not care if other patients are there to address you. If you don't know how insurance work or can not search for accurate information then get someone who can do their job! The receptionist named Tiland was able to assist us with compassion and care. My wifes provider at the time Nicole Lewis is a sweetheart and very knowledgeable in caring for her patients!
