We went here for the 1st time today and immediately said we will be coming back. From the moment I booked our appointment on the phone the other night to then having them work with me to make changes to the entire staff being friendly and helpful. The compression therapy was something neither of us had ever done and I can see why people do it. The infrafed sauna was also a good experience. If I could give 10 stars I would.
It was my first visit to R&R and it did not disappoint! The space is calm and relaxing. The staff and my massage therapist, Lauren were amazing! Thank you for a great experience!
