I can't say enough great things about Pella – from the initial sales visit to the installation, their customer service is unmatched. The installation team was exceptional and took great care in installing the windows. I highly recommend them!
Our salesperson, Charlie Faulk made the selection and choice for our 11 replacement windows so easy. Thanks for his personable, knowledgeable and friendly personality. The installers where cautious and took care to protect the interior and exterior of our house while installing the new windows. There were three workers, and each knew their task and went right to work. It did not take near as long to install as I would have thought. The finished product looks great and has definitely made a difference in appearance of our house. We can already tell the difference in having new insulated and low E windows. They look great. Our salesman, Travis was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable during our initial consultation. The windows themselves look great.
We had some issues with our installation, the lock was missing from the door we ordered and additional patch work was needed around most of the windows to fix damage. All were corrected after pointing out the issues. The biggest problem we had was with lack of clean up after taking out the old windows. There were easily 50-70 screws all around our house (grass, driveway, mulch, etc.) that we had to pick up. We have a dog so couldn’t wait for them to come back the following week to take care of.
