2609 N Duke St STE 204, Durham“NP- Beth Thomason Wrenn is a GEM. Prior to my appointment with her I had seen another NP at this practice and was not impressed. I felt as though my appointment was rushed and she was not thorough pertaining to some on my evident concerns. I mentioned an issue to her and NO further follow up was initiated , no further inquiry or anything. Back to NP Beth- at my appointment I expressed the same concerns and made mention of an ER visit, abdomen pain, pancreatitis etc (same mentions to other provider) and she went the extra mile to further inquire, initiate lab tests, and the appointment was not rushed, she is personable yet very professional, ultimately the ideal medical provider! Thanks to her attentiveness the extra lab requests did end up revealing some concerning issues. It’s great to be informed especially when pregnant. Oh, the phlebotomist/lab lady (Tracie) at this location is awesome too, just lovely. She is a joy to converse with for a quick bit. I forgot her name though. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve been a patient of this practice for all 3. Dr. Duncan delivered the previous 2, it would be great if he was still working of course.Good Luck to everyone, unsure if particular providers can be requested.“

400 Crutchfield St, Durham“Hi, I had the most wonderful experience in this clinic, before I had to go to Raleigh for AB, but the waiting time is all day and the service are awful. People very upset the Dr. arrive late all a mess. But I found NDWH I called to make an appointment and they call me to remind my appointment a day before. The nurse was very clear "Bring a face mask, bring your ID is required by the State, also be on time for the appointment".They also told me about my payment. The day of my appointment the staff front was nice, U/S tech was friendly, the nurse was very professional and the Dr. was the best Dr. ever, I had consultation explaining the procedure I had not issues or concerns. In my way out it was a woman in the waiting area very rude and disrespecting to the staff, I don't know what happened; I apologies to the staff for her. I think she can't bring the requirements and they can't see her... this person was insane. They had to call the police....Well as a woman I tell you this, the clinic is clean, all are healthcare professionals, but they don't play around if you are not coming preparer for your appointment or bring all requirements "You Won't be seen" you need to follow the policy wherever you go. I referred a couple friends and they experience the same as I did. Finally, a place where you will be treated with respect and compassion... 10 stars for all this people who take care of me during my situation. Please to all those people to had to say something bad or negative about this place may God bless you, you know that is not the true.“

“Reply changed my life! I was finally treated for unexplained infertility at the root cause. Not only did I conceive and carry to term without treatments like IVF and IUI, but my chronic endometriosis was finally addressed, and my husband's thyroid issues were identified and treated as well! Not only were my painful and heavy periods taken seriously and treated, allowing my quality of life to improve, but I was able to conceive my daughter, who is now one year old! The treatments at Reply were a FRACTION of the cost of the IVF and IUI which was suggested to me by local fertility centers, and they actually treated my underlying medical conditions instead of sweeping them under the rug and not taking my concerns seriously. I have recommended them to many friends and I am so grateful for them. My daughter wouldn't be here without them, and now I have the chance to conceive other children when I'm ready as well, since my underlying medical conditions were addressed.
Honestly, after meeting with UNC Fertility and having a horrific experience there, Reply was going to be my last attempt before giving up. They were the only thing left to try, and I'm so glad I did! If you're reading this and feeling hopeless about 'unexplained infertility', Reply can break that diagnosis apart, tell you what is actually going wrong, and help you fix it! Don't give up. :D“
