Cannot say enough about the good folks at New Hope Animal Hospital. We have been coming here for years after a less-than-ideal experience at another local vet, and the people here have never let us down.
We see Dr. Soren, mainly, but have seen others in the past, and couldn't ask for a better clinical team. From the doctors and nurses to the front desk, it is clear the people here love what they do. I have recommended this place to all of my friends and family.
We’ve taken several family pets to this practice over the past 10+ years and this continues to be a very special place. My favorite part is that they don’t just love easy cute pets, they also love my hyper vigilant rescue mongrel who goes through an entire jar of peanut butter every visit (and gets about half of it on me, the floor, and anyone in the room). They also nurtured us through saying goodbye to our 14 year old German shepherd a few years ago in a way that was very respectful and showed they really care. I have been taking my dogs to NHAH for over 10 years. The care they receive has always been amazing, the staff is so kind, prices reasonable and Dr. Soren has always been so thorough and knowledgeable. But what led me to leave this review was how amazing NHAH was when we had to put our oldest dog down recently. They were so kind, accommodating, made sure we had our own quiet space, as many treats as we wanted to feed him, and even went above and beyond by creating some keepsakes for us - items I did not think to do in the moment. They made a horrible situation as easy as possible and were so thoughtful about it. Thank you NHAH!
