Nail Time is known for its great quality work, especially with gel manicures and detailed services. Customers appreciate the good service and enjoy the relaxing leg massages after pedicures. However, some have found the prices to be a bit high compared to other local shops. There was a concern about communication regarding eyebrow services, but overall, many recommend this place for nail care.
I normally do not leave negative reviews because as a licensed cosmetologist and business owner myself, I understand how hard this industry can be. However, my experience here was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I came in for a simple pedicure and clearly explained how I like my toenails cut and filed. Instead of listening, I was repeatedly told my toes “couldn’t be shaped that way,” even though I regularly receive my pedicures done exactly how I requested elsewhere.

I asked for a short almond shaped natural look. I constantly told him to fix this and that he said one time yes I do it as I go and then the more he called himself fixing they got worse. Terrible Experience. They do however do a great eyebrow job and that is what made me try them with my nails and it was a fail
They did a great job for me after I had gone to another shop that really messed up. It’s a little pricey compared to other local shops but the quality of work as far as the nails go is great I wouldn’t let them do my eyebrows again, though. I’m not sure she understood English, but she didn’t do what I ask. I was seriously disappointed with that part.
