I used MSS -Ortiz services when I had a new Pool pump installed. State and County requirements required an Electrician pull permits and install the new pump to ensure it was properly wired and grounded. MSA was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. The main issue I had was with the County's red tape and the week delay in issuing the permit after MSS had requested it the same day I hired them. Matt came out to the site originally to look at the project the same day I called him. He was also on site to ensure the County's Inspectors concerns were addressed immediately. I would definitely use their services again.
MSS Ortiz is reliable and efficient! John Stepto added a 240V outlet and several 120V outlets in my wood shop. He paid close attention to the table saw motor I was planning on using with the 240V outlet and was able to complete the project for 1/3 less than the quoted price. I just called about 6-7 local electricians about a very simple job, and nobody would even entertain the idea of giving me a quote without charging me to send a tech to my home first. I called MSS-Ortiz and they were super prompt, gave me a quote immediately, and set up an appointment for less than a week from now. Fantastic service. I love this company and they haven't even done the work for me yet haha.
