The service was good although upon review they overlooked a couple of areas. I requested a deep clean and added windows for the upcharge. I requested a deep clean because I knew I was going to be selling my home and it was going to be shown as part of the process. Requesting a deep clean means just that, I want extra attention! They showed up an hour late to my house and I was the last appointment, not a problem! The problem came in when these ladies began cleaning my house and then I get a text message from the owner telling me my house is extra dirty and they want to charge me an extra $100 or they'll just get done what they can and leave! WHAT???? NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS NOT GOING TO PAY AN EXTRA $100 AS YOU TRY AND HELD MY HOME HOSTAGE! What they cleaned was good and I paid them what I was quoted for the deep clean and for adding my windows. I could totally see if I did not request the deep clean in the onset! What they cleaned was good but be careful when they quote you prices because if they are running behind and don't want to take the extra time to do the deep clean it seems like they try and find a way to charge you more or act like they can't complete the work. I will also say the young ladies who came spent the entire time speaking in Spanish which would not have been a problem had they not been talking about me and the things in my home! That's when the extra $100 came up! Yes I understood them no they didn't know that!
It’s been a full year since I had LHS come clean my home due to covid. They worked some real magic today, and I’m so grateful for all they did to make me feel proud of my home again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
