BEWARE of this company. They did the work without my authorization while I was out of town, and prior to us finalizing the scope of the job. When I got home, I found a giant mess in my yard with several mistakes and problems that they had to come back out to fix. Regardless, I paid the company in full, since they assured me that their work would resolve the original issue I had been having. I later discovered that their work did not actually resolve the original issue, so I addressed this with a manager who called me "crazy," accused me of wanting work done for free, and walked away in the middle of our conversation never to be heard from again. I decided to upgrade my review to 3 stars. They were willing to send a tech back out address my concerns (regarding a potential leak); and acknowledged they should've asked about the outdoor application of the controller (vs the indoor install). The good: 1) fixed irrigation line leaks as requested (repaired drip lines; indicated main lines had no leaks). 2) replaced an aged Rainbird controller with a Rachio 3 controller. 3) the unit was recommended by Brian...& he was pleasant in e-mailed communication (regarding the request & after I contacted him about the lack of a protective weather box). From reading all these reviews I at least feel vindicated, though they have never finished what they promised. Almost worth it to be out of the money. Stay very far away.
