After a call the night before when we realized we had no heat on our first floor Josh and Kade were able to come out early the next day before our 2 Snow/ice storms. They were prompt, kept asking if we had any more questions, answered all questions and did so in a spirit that allowed us to trust them. We felt comfortable with them. I felt a sense of safety which is important to me. They had needed replacements in stock and so we HAD HEAT the very next day. Five stars is not enough for them. Please post as 10 stars and this is said with genuine appreciation and gratitude.

I had Don and Bill come to install two chandeliers and two kitchen pendants in Nov 2025, and Don came out (same day! when I called at 1pm) today, 11/13/26 to help troubleshoot why my oven outlet was tripped. Both service experiences were so meticulous, thoughtful, prompt arrivals, and lightning-fast, quality work. I literally made a call at 1 pm for the oven today and I'm up and running at 5pm. This company is so honorable and gives great advice on home maintenance versus selling a product. Thank you so much!

I originally called JD Service Now out to relocate a water spigot, but during the job, Plumbing Tech William Shoe discovered water in my crawlspace and took the time to investigate further. He found a leaking pipe connected to our first-floor bathroom sink — something we had no idea was an issue. Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he also took care of the repairs right then and there.
His attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond saved us from what could’ve turned into a much bigger problem. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work — reliable, thorough, and professional from start to finish.
