Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering excellent service. They are timely and respectful, providing great service for a bathroom faucet or a hot water leak. The plumbing tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. They are courteous and efficient, doing a fine neat job on installations like a surge protector. Customers are totally satisfied and recommend the service to any that need it. Ryan did a great job fixing a broken cpvc pipe at a washing machine hookup, working until the job was done. He checked water pressure and gave advice on how to avoid future leaks. Excellent service, everything is done perfectly and customers are very satisfied and happy. Brian Little not only reviewed an issue thoroughly and quelled fears about an outlet, but also investigated and fixed an issue with a dishwasher, all in under an hour. He was thorough, kind, and very good at explaining the root issue and how he could fix it. Highly recommend the service.
After a call the night before when we realized we had no heat on our first floor Josh and Kade were able to come out early the next day before our 2 Snow/ice storms. They were prompt, kept asking if we had any more questions, answered all questions and did so in a spirit that allowed us to trust them. We felt comfortable with them. I felt a sense of safety which is important to me. They had needed replacements in stock and so we HAD HEAT the very next day. Five stars is not enough for them. Please post as 10 stars and this is said with genuine appreciation and gratitude.
I had Don and Bill come to install two chandeliers and two kitchen pendants in Nov 2025, and Don came out (same day! when I called at 1pm) today, 11/13/26 to help troubleshoot why my oven outlet was tripped. Both service experiences were so meticulous, thoughtful, prompt arrivals, and lightning-fast, quality work. I literally made a call at 1 pm for the oven today and I'm up and running at 5pm. This company is so honorable and gives great advice on home maintenance versus selling a product. Thank you so much!
