The parking was challenging...I had to ride around twice before finding a patk...the st ore had a sale in the initmate apparel department...excellent prices on bras...$80 on sale for $27.99..some $19.99...could not find my size. No one in the department to help..several customers were looking.

It's been years since I've been in a JCPenney's to purchase anything. I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with the neatness and organization of the store. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
