I had a great experience at JCPenney thanks to the cashier, Chaiti. She was friendly, patient, and very efficient. From the moment I reached the register, she greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire checkout process smooth and pleasant. She handled everything quickly yet carefully, answered my questions clearly, and was genuinely kind throughout. It’s refreshing to meet someone so professional and helpful at the same time. Chaiti truly made my visit better, and I’m very grateful for her excellent service. JCPenney is lucky to have her on the team!

Excellent on-line ordering and return experience at the store. Not sure why others have left bad reviews. I arrived at 11:20 AM and by 11:35 AM I had returned my items without any issues. The young lady at the register (Assoc # 0886) was very professional and courteous. I also encountered two other associates that greeted me and were very friendly as well. Have been shopping at JCPenney for decades and will continue to do so. Highly recommed this store. Very well stocked, clean and organized.
