They seem to be getting rid of all their good stuff, like their Stafford Executive Dress shirts. And it's easier to get discounts online than in-store. It's starting to get a "going out of business" vibe.

I went there to return part of an online order on the day after Thanksgiving. It was a bad idea. Parking was horrendous and people were everywhere. However, JCP's staff showed up and "showed out". They were polite and knowledgeable.

They don't have anyone on the floor to help anyone. I found a nice pair of jeans and upon trying them on I've noticed dust spots and white spots on the front of them. After walking around for 5 mins looking for an employee, I found one only to be told these jeans "are made that way" mind you the dust was coming off.... needless to say they lost a sale and me coming back in the near future. Please do better :(
