Selling a business is very time consuming versus residential real estate, much financial research, profit/loss analysis, and answering many questions out of the ordinary. Countless hours of her personal time were spent gathering and presenting data to potential clients. I honestly believe that my business would not have been sold if not for her extraordinary efforts. Heidi kept me informed almost every day for weeks, until sale closed. If my family ever needs an agent in the future, I won't consider anyone else. Cannot thank her enough.

Heidi went above and beyond in helping me find a home for my daughter from out of state. Despite the challenges of rising interest rates and a very competitive housing market, Heidi was patient, kind, helpful, and provided expert advice on purchase price to offer and diligence funds on every property we attempted to purchase. It took almost a year to find the perfect place after being outbid several times or places not being suitable after inspection. Heidi was positive and persistent in waiting and wanting us to find the "right" home for our needs. She even went under a foundation with a flashlight to take pictures to assess for water leaks.
