Today I visited the H2O Salon in Durham for the first time. Cynthia was my hairstylist. It’s taken almost 2 years to find somebody that I’m comfortable with, and I finally found her. She put me at ease as soon as I sat in her chair. She was confident and knew exactly what I needed and how to do it. It was probably the best hair service I’ve had in my whole life. I cannot wait to go back again. Truly exceptional service, professional, and welcoming. I enjoyed every second. Thank you again !

I had a wonderful experience here! Sonia was incredibly thorough and friendly throughout my appointment. She gave me long layers with beautiful face-framing pieces that turned out exactly how I wanted. The front desk staff was also super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Sonia and the team! Will come back for sure!
