I called before I went for a haircut to see if Julie was working. Robin told me that she is coming in at 4:00 PM. My wife and I arrived 3:30PM. I walk in and I asked is Julie is coming at 4:00 PM? the Asian lady was very rude and said who is Julie and I repeated that I called and was told that she is coming at 4:00PM. I asked her don't you have a schedule? she decided to look the schedule and replied that Julie working in another store. I asked her to give me the address and she said that she did not know. That tall guy with the high and tight haircut belongs in a barber shop , he cuts it very good—-Also the lady with the orange Karen cut , has an attitude . Idk what she’s going through , but the customers around were talking how rude she was

The shop looks newly renovated and clean. But this place is so short staffed. 2 people doing all the work. They had to rush and kept being distracted when customers came in while giving my haircut. I really didn't like that!!! The stylist gave the bare minimum of hospitality and effort for my haircut. They didn't even have a certificate on the table like the other great clips locations. I don't even know if they are certified to perform this service. The haircut quality is needless to say: very unsatisfying.
