Salesperson was friendly and very knowledgeable with assisting with selecting of eyeglasses. She advised us with what prescription would fit into which frame. She is an asset to your business.
I had a thanksgiving miracle at Eyemart Express in Durham! I was able to get in right when I called that day, no patients were in the office. The staff was excellent. The optician assistant who you see first was welcoming and kind. The docs were virtual via zoom. They were straight to the point and did what they needed to do. The Dr. was the first eye doc to show me pics of my eyes and confirm the health in different areas of eyes. Which took 30 seconds. Entire process took 45 min-60 min. Best of all- eye exam was only $65!! compared to $ 150--189 in Chapel Hill at more upscale offices. They still took a digital picture.

Had a great first experience. The worker were very nice and helpful. I love that you get your glasses the same day and very fast. Only had to wait 30 minutes. I think this is my new eye clinic to come to.
