Yesterday afternoon I showed up for my annual examination at the eyecare center here in Durham North Carolina.
I arrived early for my appointment at the front desk, where the staff promptly provided me with conveniently pre-filled forms. While completing the process, this welcoming staff connected with the warmth of a dear old friend, yet they were able to usher me into an exam room before my appointed time. I had a wonderful experience. Anna was kind and efficient. Dr. Barber was amazing. She listened to me carefully and fully addressed my concerns. She offered helpful advice that no other eye doctor had mentioned and it seems to be very helpful so far. I feel fortunate to be in her excellent care now.

The staff there is so friendly and helpful. Although the appointment was running behind, the staff was helpful in letting me know how long the wait would be. When I saw the doctor I knew that the wait was worth it. This was my first time at this office and I am so glad I found it. She was very thorough in her exam and was able to put my mind to rest concerning what I was worried could be wrong with my sight. I enjoyed her a lot. So different from going to Duke Rye Center for years. Would highly recommend this office.
