I love working out with Jen! I haven't had luck with fitness trainers in the past, but Jen's 30-minute sessions are something I really look forward to each week! They're challenging enough for me, and we very gradually increase intensity with each session. They're never so intense that I dread going back. Jen will make sure she's training you at an appropriate level. I appreciate her kindness and flexibility with me so much. The bonus is you're not working out in a crowded gym!

I can’t recommend working with Jen enough!! I had been thinking about joining a gym for months but had never done any strength training and really wanted some 1:1 help with getting started. Jen has helped me truly fall in love with fitness, she is AMAZING!!! Makes working out so much fun- she motivates you without ever making you feel judged.
