The coaching staff here is absolutely top-notch. Each coach brings their own unique style, experience, and personality to the floor, which creates a dynamic and supportive environment. Went to CrossFit RTP for a week as a drop in, nice and friendly community and very knowledgeable coaches. Was lucky to have Lei to watch me and shared few tips and cue’s to improve. Will definitely go back whenever in the area.

Dropped in at CrossFit RTP while traveling for work and had a great experience. The facility is clean and well equipped, the coach was friend and welcoming, and the members made me feel right at home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in the area and hope to drop in again the next time I’m in town.
