Brad and Crawlspace Doctor were excellent. Competent, professional, courteous, and clean. It was clear at the outset that Brad had years of experience and was shooting straight - I loved that. I had already gotten several bids but went with Crawlspace Doctor with confidence - and they did a terrific job. (It didn't hurt that their pricing was great, too!). When a seam separated a few years later they came and took care of it without issue - they stand behind their work! I recommend them with no reservations.

The crawlspace under our house looks FANTASTIC after The Crawlspace Dr. finished their work! I could live under there…well almost but there are no cup holders installed for my coffee. Brad Dehring, the owner of Crawlspace Dr. is great to work with. He is very personable, DEPENDABLE and his cost is reasonable. A neighbor had recommended him and we are grateful that she did.
