I have never had a reason to write a review like this before, and I thought long and hard about doing so because I don't want to hurt someone's business. However, it was because of the many positive reviews I read on various platforms that I initially sought and hired Abby to provide hair and makeup services for my wedding. One month before my wedding, without ever having had a trial session, Abby abruptly canceled our contract. Though she promptly returned my deposit and gave me the names of a few studios that "may have some last-minute availability," she left me in the lurch with only a few weeks to go before my wedding.
