Called in to get replacement keys and remote for my car after losing my only set, and in less than 24 hours AJ was handing me two new working remotes/keys. Courteous, professional, and fast; could not recommend more. Everything went so smoothly that it turned what had initially been a very stressful situation into something I felt silly even having worried about at all.

All of Matt's five-star reviews are well-deserved! He is friendly, professional, and totally knowledgeable. The old key fobs on our very vintage (2007) Prius, which we bought used, needed to be replaced and reprogrammed. This turned out to be surprisingly complicated and involved the dealer (old car, full computer, possible electrical or other issues with the car itself which impacted reprogramming). Matt understood everything better than the dealer, came to our house more than once, explained everything in a way that made sense, and gave us good advice given the issues with the car, all for a fair price. I trust him completely and highly recommend him!
