Our design and build experience with BuildSense was fabulous. First, they resolved a zoning hurdle that no one else could figure out. Then, after a fun brainstorming period with us, the talented architects designed a stunning pool house and connected equipment building. Finally, despite difficult terrain, the excellent building crew and theirs subs constructed an exceptionally beautiful and functional pool house with a kitchen and grill, gas fireplace, bathroom, sauna and cold plunge, and pump room for the pool and spa. We selected BuildSense for an extensive renovation of our nearly 100 year old home which included installing an elevator and other significant internal changes.They came highly recommended and our architects, with whom we have an excellent relationship, believed they were the right group with experienced management and staff to take on this challenging task.
