Sent the company an online service request Super Bowl Sunday afternoon and received a phone call first thing Monday morning. A team, led by Norval Cunningham, arrived a short time later. The truck was spotless and the guys were neat. They knew why they were at my home and listened carefully to my concerns. Norval is obviously a pro. Soft spoken and very knowledgeable, he led his young teammate to address the lift pump maintenance request. They completed the service and tested the system. I could not be more pleased. My new go-to plumbers.
Since I was in need of a new plumber I thought I would try Acme Plumbing to see how they worked for a bad clogged sink in hopes I could keep them for BIG issues.I called late and a few minutes later, someone called back to say that they would be there next day. They were up front with the fee for the visit which was very reasonable. The next day, I received a text with a picture of the person that would be doing the work. He looked over everything and then gave me an upfront estimate on the cost which is wonderful. After the work was completed, I paid the exact price that was estimated. No surprises. Clog is gone and I plan to keep this company on my phone for the future.
We had a major break in a pipe the day before Thanksgiving. Acme came in 30 minutes and fixed the entire problem in three hours, including having to get the part, and at a very reasonable price. We could not be more pleased with the service they provide (they also installed our hot water heater two years ago). If you have any plumbing problems, do yourself a favor and call them. They are first-rate.
