They are super helpful and compassionate, making the process easier with all the phone calls and paperwork. They do not seem rushed and are intuitive, treating families with great care. Best funeral home. Kevin was so helpful. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without him during this hard time. He was very compassionate and always treated us like family. Thank you 🙏🏼. Skinner & Smith is the only funeral home I remember our family ever using all the way back to the 70's when my PaPa was there after his passing. The staff has so much experience, compassion, knowledge and willingness to help. Their facilities are very clean, modern and well kept. Jessie did not seem the least bit rushed when helping us make the arrangements for my Dad's services or on the morning of the funeral. We later found that they had 3 services the next day and 2 the day after. Amanda has always been super helpful and compassionate to our family. We came in from high point and this was a very nice place to have your loved one. The people were so nice and helpful when we can in. It was very clean also. The chapel was a good size room. Vickie Eastman from High Point, NC
