wouldn’t take an injured cat found nearby. not sure how you can call yourself a hospital if you won’t care for an injured BABY kitten. took him to the animal control center and they were just as stunned to learn about this vet denying care.

Everytime I call (been over a year now) you aren't taking new clients. Will you ever be taking new clients? You are an animal hospital, do you not take walk-in either??

My 10 month old lab fractured her toe, I took her to another vet and she was casted on May 7th. I brought her back on May 21st and they said she needed one more week. I brought her back on May 28th and they removed the cast. I was absolutely shocked when they accused me of getting her cast wet which was the cause of foot rot. Dr. Brewer and staff were amazing and she assured me my labs foot was going to be ok. Sad for a set back of 3 weeks but glad they gave her some antibiotics

I called Dunn Animal Hospital in the afternoon of 5/23/25 to request pet records. The receptionist swore twice and had a bad attitude. Great customer service.

I took my pup there for his shots and well care. They made us feel welcome and at ease. My pup absolutely loved the staff. I did not have to pay an arm and a leg to get the proper care for my pup. I’m glad I chose this as my guy’s care facility. They really know their stuff! My boy was not eating very well but they recommended and even gave me a sample to try. He loves it! Thanks!

My cat was seen in June and we got her nexguard. I called today and was told I could come get it. Then when my husband got there they had changed their mind and said she hadn’t been there in a year. Which it won’t be a year until June, which I would have had her yearly check up then. It was a waste of my time and my gas. Which is frustrating when I called and verified it before I sent him.

Dr Brewer will not re write a prescription for our cat because Dr. Beasley originally wrote the prescription a few months ago. Now we have to pay for a new visit for our cat to get his meds. The pharmacist said that Dr Brewer could re write the script but she won't do that. None of my animals will be back here. The business is going down hill fast!!

45 min wait to drop the dogs off for boarding. 2 people were waited on before me even tho I was here first. The lady at the desk with the 60s hair cut was snooty as hell
