I went to have one of my chains repaired & cleaned. I got a bottle of the buddy's jewelry cleaner. It's amazing. Smells great. Cleaned all my jewelry wonderfully. I highly recommend it. They did an awesome job on my necklace as well. Thanks so much Buddy's Jewelry!

1st visit (1/28) was to purchase a wedding band for my fiance after a referral from a family member who apparently did business with the original owner of the store. Customer service was wonderful. Got a call about 2 weeks latter that the ring had arrived and was ready. 2nd visit we drove all the way to Dunn just for the ring to look like a banged up mess! The ladies in the front were very nice and apologized, they said they would take care of it. 3rd visit we went to pick it up and there were scratches and dings EVERYWHERE on this ring. Do not do business here. I brought my Diamond here to sell the owner wasn’t here so I waited over a hour to meet with him mind you he already gave me a offer a week before for 300, so I wasted my day waiting for him to finally come to work to he told he wasn’t interested anymore! The jewlery store is WAY overpriced and the quality of jewlery isn’t that great anyways buyers beware if people this place! I wouldn’t have gave them any stars if I could’ve done that
