Due to a wind store in January 2026, I had roof and interior ceiling damage. I hired Secure Roofing and Restoration, LLC, (Denver, NC) to replace my roof and repair the water stains on my ceilings. I was very fortunate to work with Chuck Craft. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and customer service focused. He communicated with me frequently and in a timely manner. He ensured that his crew did a great job replacing my roof and assisted in coordinating his painter to paint interior ceilings that sustained water leaks and stains from the missing shingles resulting from the wind storm. We had a roof leak due to the winter storm which we needed fixed immediately. We contacted Coree after another roofing company said it would be days before they could come out. Coree got out to us quickly to assess the situation. He was back out in the morning with his team and within a few hours it was completely fixed. He helped us in contacting our insurance company to get that process started. He even helped us get connected with other people to do inside repairs fast. Highly recommend Secure Roofing! Coree was excellent to work with from start to finish on our new roof. He inspected, quoted a great price, and scheduled the install quickly. The crew did a great job on the install and cleanliness was clearly a top priority once the work was done.
