I have always found that their technicians are a pleasure to deal with. Gavin and Aaron were the technicians whom I most recently worked with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile.

We called at 10 a.m. on Monday after a holiday weekend. They were here by 11:30 and done in about 30 minutes. The guys were friendly and concerned about making sure everything was cleaned up. Great, prompt service and great attitudes! Thank you!

I called Lake Norman Sewer and Septic because I heard the tell tell gurgle that says it’s time for the septic to be pumped. They were quick and professional not only will we use them again we will recommend them to anyone we know who needs their system pumped or repaired!
