I was planning to go to a different salon for hair/makeup before my engagement photo session but when the other salon canceled on me last minute, Artful Strands saved the day. I called the morning of and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. Rachel B. did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend!!

Jordan did an AMAZING JOB!!!!! I cannot believe how great the highlights and the haircut turned out. My husband said it’s the best my hair has ever looked. No hairdresser has been able to do blonde highlights like she did.

I recommend Artful Strands because they have multiple professionals under one roof I haven’t utilized, so one bad apple doesn’t speak for the lot.
However I do NOT recommend Hannah Miller. While she is a very sweet girl with a great personality, her cut and color matching skills were severely lacking.
I came into the salon, as everyone does, with an inspo picture. A very beautiful color that represented Autumn. A lot of browns mixed with deep bronzey and copper reds.
The plan was to keep my roots my natural color (light brown). By the end, my roots turned into a coppery “brownish” color. Horrible.
