He was pleasant and easy to talk to, and worked efficiently. He got the old unit out, installed the new one, and left everything clean and tidy. Great job done replacing our very tired warm air heating system for a new combi boiler and central heating system. We are extremely delighted with the quality of work carried out by Tony and we now have a very cozy home... Thank you very much
