We worked with Knight Fine Homebuilding on a bathroom remodel. I cannot say enough positive things about working with Dylan. He helped us work within our budget, got the project done ahead of schedule (and before our baby was born!), was prompt and communicative, had a high attention to detail and organization, and ensured that the quality of our project was top-notch. We are very happy with our remodeled bathroom, highly recommend working with Dylan, and would definitely work with again!

CM Knight was professional, timely, and we are 100% satisfied with our 2 projects they managed for us in summer/fall of 2019. We converted a covered porch to an enclosed sunroom with wood burning fireplace and installed a gorgeous stone patio in our back yard. Their years of establishing reputable contacts in the Davidson/Charlotte area was invaluable. Workers, management and communication was about as perfect as it can be. From the very beginning, Chris and Dylan inspected our space, recommended an excellent (and affordable) architect who created a plan. They coordinated every piece of the project and were thorough, trustworthy and incredibly professional.
