Ken was amazing. He answered his phone, which other places did not. He problem solved over the phone, came out within 2 hours and solved the problem with our refrigerator. We called Ken to fix an oven that broke right before thanksgiving… he was quick to come out and when we were previously told that we needed to replace the oven, he was confident he could fix it. Not only did he fix it quickly, he didn’t price gouge us. Highly recommended, super trust worthy and quick and responsive.
