We hired Complete Comfort Heating and Air to retrofit our mid-1980s home with a heat pump system to replace original strip heaters and add AC. Owner Michael Johnson carefully examined the house and designed an optimal system. The installation crew members (Grant, Jessie, Bob, Robert and Dean) were very professional and did an amazing job of running ductwork through our cramped attic area. The price was fair, and the work was accomplished in a completely satisfactory manner. We are enjoying our new system and highly recommend this company!
Caleb just left my house . He was polite on time and incredibly knowledgeable ! We have had trouble with our old company since we moved in ! Caleb immediately zeroed in on all the issues . Great company and excellent serviceman !!!! Thank you so much !!!!
Complete comfort replaced 2 furnace units at our home in Linville. We made our first service call and were taken excellent care of by Caleb Thorpe. This cold weather created a problem that Caleb helped us trouble shoot and now have resolved. So happy to have such a great team taking care of us!
