Cannot speak highly enough of the crew that works here. Was driving through to the beach, seven hours from home, when my transmission oil light came on three miles from the shop. Although the repair was beyond what was capable at Patrick's, the whole crew was extremely accommodating, let us wait inside for hours while we figured out next steps, and went above and beyond with suggestions and help. Although they were busy at the time of our arrival, they promptly assessed the transmission codes so that we weren't waiting hours before determining a game plan.
On customer service alone they get 5 stars!
