“Me and my sister had an appointment with Tiggy and Shakia … I’m getting married next month and I wanted to try a new nail salon since the one I have been going to is getting extremely expensive. me and my sister both got gel manicures for what I would pay for just a manicure in Charlotte for myself. I am beyond happy with the results and will be coming back to get my nails done with my bridesmaids. I 100% recommend this nail salon. They make you feel like family when you first walk in they take the time to get to know you and seem like they really care about your input. When my sister was done with her appointment, she saw my nails and wanted to make hers matte as well so tiggy took the time to put a matte coat on her nails, even though we had already paid. It is small gestures like that will keep us coming and recommending this place for years to come thank you ladies.“

“First time here! I think Tee did a good job. My nails look very nice :) I did not give this place a 5 star because I think it could be a bit cleaner. They didn't remove the tools from packaging and they placed them back dirty. I'm not sure if that is just a certain nail salon thing but it gives me reassurance that they are using clean nail clippers, sanders, etc. I will definitely be back. They have SO many colors.“

“This was a wonderful pedicure experience! The owner and all of the manicurists were very kind. I booked the deluxe pedicure through class pass and simply called to confirm the timing. The owner picked up immediately (and all of the other times I called) and was very kind and easy to talk to. They were actually busy for the time I booked on class pass but I was able to move the time over the phone to the next morning, which worked out perfect because I didn’t have to wait. The pedicure itself was luxurious; definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. And it wasn’t painful at all, which sometimes happens. I especially appreciated that the gel led light didn’t burn my nails like they sometimes do at other salons. I wasn’t able to book the gel pedicure through class pass so I just asked to add it and it was only an additional $15! Super inexpensive and a great experience! I highly recommend though be careful about going when it is not busy or you will have to wait a while.“

“Hailey set me up with absolutely beautiful lashes for my upcoming trip. The visit lasted two hours and Hailey was so sweet and personable that the time passed by quickly. This was my first time having my lashes done and was a little nervous, but Hailey was so gentle that I wouldn't hesitate going back to her again and again.“

“I have walked by Nails by Helly thinking it was just one person but to my surprise there were several nail techs and walk ins are welcome. It is very clean salon and the staff is very nice. Helly walks around checking on you and thanking you for coming in. I have been looking for a nail salon and glad that I found this one.
