Neighborhood Dance is a welcoming and professional dance studio that offers classes for all ages. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide quality instruction, building proper technique and confidence. The studio fosters a creative and fun environment, making it a happy place for students to learn and grow. Parents appreciate the studio's organization, responsiveness, and kindness. Students and families have enjoyed various classes, including Mommy & Me, tap/ballet, and hip hop, as well as participating in performances like the Mooresville Christmas Parade and recitals. Overall, Neighborhood Dance is a highly recommended studio where students can develop their skills and artistry in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Our daughter (3yrs) started her last fall (about 8 months ago) having never taken any kind of dance class previously. The owner was extremely helpful in allowing us to try a few different options to see what was best, and my daughter eventually chose the more challenging class despite it really being a struggle for her. We are now at the end of the "season" and about to go into our first recital - something we couldn't have imagined being ready for when we started!!! Our daughter has grown SO MUCH this year - in dance skills, social skills and confidence- because of these classes!!! She absolutely loves Ms Jeni, and works very hard to listen, follow directions and practice in order to impress her! I would highly recommend Neighborhood Dance for anyone who's child wants to learn dance at any level while also being inspired to LOVE it!!!!
