Absolutely fantastic flooring company to work with. No one wants to endure the construction zone of having floors redone, but LP made it SO much smoother. They were quick to respond, available, answered questions, went with the flow when we changed our minds on things, and communicated so well. They allowed us to borrow multiple samples so that we could see options within our home. They were up front about any costs associated with the project and were flexible with our install time- we expected to wait for weeks or months but they were actually available sooner than WE were. Very professional, timely and excellent work from start to finish. We had 3 bedrooms newly carpeted and were highly satisfied with the entire process. We would highly recommend LP Custom Floors to our family and friends, these guys were outstanding! Karen and Brian were amazing to work with.
