Gotta Yoga is the best! I moved back to FL about a year ago and I have yet to find a yoga studio here that is as welcoming, accommodating, friendly, compassionate and fun as this place. When I first started, I knew nothing about yoga (and was all by myself) but quickly fell in love. Ilse and Tony have both challenged me, made me smile and helped me mentally and physically become a better person. The movements and music is just half of the class, to me the most important things were the connections and importance I felt being in their classes. I truly miss it every day. If I could add a 6th star I would! I take the classes virtually through Zoom and love having the instructor see me and mention me by name as if I were there in person! I still break a sweat from home which I wouldn't do practicing by myself. The owner offers virtual drop in class discounts for only $10! And if you're ate there's no disruption! Take it in your backyard, living room, garage or even a closet!

Sandy is the most badass yoga instructor there is! Her music is loud and the beats are so good to flow to in her hot power yoga! She even does it virtually now, so everyone can flow even from their home! Make sure you catch her MWF at 5:30am!
