Went to have an estimate on some scratches on my Toyota Tacoma and he on the spot cleaned the scratches and made them practically unnoticeable before he gave me options on a detailed repair and paint job. From the friendliness of Susan at the front desk to Tia who was my adjuster to Jacob who is the manager. They kept me fully updated as to the status throughout the process.
