    FitFast20 might be my #1 favorite thing in life! It’s such a treat and has made such an incredible impact on my strength, noticeable in surprising mom moments like squatting to help tie shoes, or potty time, it’s helped me tone, when just looking at my arms blow drying my hair I was shocked to see such muscle definition. It’s only 20 MINS a week!! I can’t rave more about it this workout. It’s a cannot miss opportunity to really change your life. I’m so thankful!! Kids call it my ninja workout. ; )

    I've just finished my 10 sessions and re-upped my membership to once a week for 6 months. I'm in my 60's, I spend a lot of time in the outdoors, hiking, wade fishing, pulling heavy loads. I have definitely increased my leg strength and balance. The people there are just awesome, nice and know what they're doing. The 20 minutes flies by. Highly recommended.

    I have had a really nice experience at this location. I am very busy with travel for work and it is hard to make time to work out, also have had shoulder and back problems so lifting is difficult and this has been a great option. The instructors here are great, especially Kendra, and I have had a positive impact of the exercise program. Clean facilities, convenient location, and very nice people. The workouts are fun and if you need to save time you should give this a try!
