Fantastic Place - Great service and communications. Staff are super knowledgeable about VW and Audi.
Glad I have found a place to trust in Charlotte area. Well worth my 30 min drive to get there.
New Update :- Once again 5 star service - DAP can now do alignments on lowered vehicles. The alignment is great, looks lower still at the front and thanks to being aligned correctly drives more quietly than before
My second visit to DAP for service / repair work and again, the service was exceptional. Their customer focus, attention to detail, and handling any issue will bring me back. I highly recommend DAP Repair.
They delivered the service that I payed for in the exact time frame they estimated. They know VW and therefore I was very comfortable having them rip apart a perfectly good 2.0 turbo to perform a valve carbon cleaning....feeling confident that they would reassemble everything back to factory spec with small details that mean a lot to me. They also provided an excellent multi point inspection informing me in detail of any other known issues.... but the best part of that inspection is that they did not pressure me or up sale me on getting the work done. Great piece of mind.
